I'm posting this mainly for my sake, because I know I'll lose it or not be able to access it or something later on when I really need it. This way I at least know where I can find it. And if you're interested in what I'll be up to next semester, I guess this works out well for you too.

It would have been a lot cooler if the bio lab I wanted didn't fill up, but otherwise, I'm content. At least I don't have any annoying 40 minute breaks in my schedule like I do now. I'm especially glad to have gotten into the drawing class. I started to get a bit worried after the other two art classes I was looking into filled up, and that time slot is the only one I could have taken. So that's good.

Thank goodness I don't need to do that again for while.

The Goods
Okay. That post was boring, so here's some good stuff.

I've added another digital painting to my collection. This one I did with no reference. You'll want to check it out in the art section for more details.

Blizzard's got some wacky promotion going on with AMC theaters. They're showing a new Warcraft 3 trailer in front of several movies, and giving out exclusive demo CD's that include some Warcraft 3 extra stuff if you buy about $7 of food at a 400% markup.

I came across some bad news the other day. Apparently, the new Haunted Mansion movie is set to star Eddie Murphy and Marsha Thomason (Black Knight). That just shot my expectations into the ground. Let's just hope they get John Debney to do the music. If you weren't aware, he worked with Buddy Baker to score EuroDisney's Phantom Manor, which has some incredible music.

Here. I've got another shocking development in the animal revolution for you. Rats in Luisiana now have a bounty on their heads.

In case you haven't been over to Mike's tagboard, I thought I should mention this here, too. I'm coming home for Winter break around December 21st, and I would like to see Lord of the Rings sometime thereafter. Perhaps all you in San Diego could hold off seeing it until I get back? I might just buy you a Butterfinger.

In the more immediate future, you should know that I'm also coming home tomorrow. I'll be there for about a week.

An odd addendum
Those weird big-rat-rodent things I mentioned above that are now fearing for their lives in Luisiana have a dedicated website. If that doesn't surprise you (as it probably shouldn't if you're mildly familiar with the internet), then this might: these rodent things (Nutria) actually have their own themesong.
